Montgomery County Police announced Wednesday night that Angelo Lamont Jackson, of Montgomery Village, will be charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree murder. When they arrived, officers found Angel Alfredo Pineda-Gomez, 24, and another man suffering with severe injuries. The second victim’s identity has not been confirmed.
Police said a suspect and a group that included the victims got into an altercation that led to the stabbing. The video showed a man, armed with a knife, stab a victim, and, while still armed, pursue the second victim, police said. Court records don’t list an attorney for Jackson. Investigators shared a still photograph from the video with other county police officers. Authorities are trying to confirm a motive for the stabbings. Detectives urge anyone who may have information to contact the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070.
