Celtic 0–2 Borussia Mönchengladbach Two errors from Kolo Toure gifted Borussia Mönchengladbach an invaluable victory over Celtic to keep their Champions League hopes alive. Gladbach traveled to Scotland without key players Thorgan Hazard, Raffael and Andreas Christensen, but still dominated against a side that held Manchester City to a thrilling 3-3 draw two weeks ago. Hahn put the result beyond doubt, seizing on a loose pass by Toure and steaming towards goal before poking beyond Gordon. The defeat leaves Celtic rooted to the bottom of Group C, with Gladbach still in with a hope of progressing to the last 16 after their first away win in Europe since 1977.
