Introducing Cooking Channel: Calling all foodies to new Corus network

Calling all foodies: Corus Entertainment is introducing a brand-new lifestyle channel called Cooking Channel, set to launch on Dec. 12, 2016.The network is a 24-hour network with shows exclusively focusing on food and cooking — from global cuisines to international travel to food history and unconventional how-tos.In a statement, Barbara Williams, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Corus Entertainment, said the channel was added to the company’s specialty channel roster because of the growth in interest in food.
