Jim Carrey's Tragic Girlfriend Cathriona White Wrote Suicide Notes For Years Before She Killed Herself

Jim Carrey’s tragic ex-girlfriend Cathriona White wrote multiple suicide notes for years before she finally killed herself in September 2015. As reported by TMZ, investigators discovered that Cathriona White wrote suicide notes many times before her death. The first note was written by the deceased make-up artist in October 2012, just a month after her dad died and two months into dating Carrey. In the note, Cathriona wrote that she didn’t fit in this world and was “too messed up for anyone to really love.” She also wrote that she loved Carrey and then apologized to him. She didn’t specify how Jim made her want to commit suicide but she wrote the words “my blood is on your hands” and “you pulled the trigger on me.” Despite the chilling words in the note, White didn’t kill herself. Cathriona and Jim eventually reunited as a couple after 18 months. Before long, the couple went to Malibu for a romantic date. Nine days after their Malibu trip, White died from fatal overdose in September 2015. The notes, while tragic, may just turn the tables against Cathriona’s estranged husband and mother, both of whom filed wrongful death suits against Carrey. White’s final suicide notes were found near her body after she committed suicide in her Los Angeles home. In one of the notes, White wrote the words “You are my family” and that she’s leaving it up to Carrey to take charge of her funeral and estate. Nowhere in the final suicide notes did she mention her mother and estranged husband. Two weeks after the lawsuits were filed against him, Carrey finally spoke out, claiming that Cat’s mother, Brigid Sweetman, and widower, Mark Burton, are “just seeking to cash out” on her tragic death. According to the court documents Carrey filed in court Tuesday, the wrongful death suits filed against him were “based on categorical lies concocted by Sweetman in collaboration with White’s ‘green card’ husband.” Jim Carrey filed court documents that respond to the wrongful death lawsuit from Cathriona White's mother: https://t.co/pThlfma2nR pic.twitter.com/jXz3VQ8ylm — Us Weekly (@usweekly) October 19, 2016 “They are driven by greed,” Jim wrote in a motion as he told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Sweetman can’t pay the ligitation costs worth $372,700. “Sweetman had no relationship with White, nor did she love her,” Carrey pointed out. “She loves only money.” #Jim Carrey: Ex’s family trying to ‘cash out’ on her suicide – https://t.co/34omSYQC29 – #Gossip pic.twitter.com/HQfX6Hy54F — OneWayEmpire (@onewayempire) October 19, 2016 Last week, Cathriona White’s mother dared Carrey to release the results of STD tests he underwent in 2013, even saying that she’d drop her case against the actor if he proves that he is clean. Carrey refused to release the results of the tests. “He has refused to release the test, which shows he is a complete liar and cannot be trusted to be honest with the public and the media in this case,” Cat’s grieving mother said. As reported by the Inquisitr, a documented text exchange reveals that White repeatedly asked Carrey if he had given her chlamydia and oral and genital herpes, to which Jim responded by intimidating her into silence. “Carrey took a fragile girl prone to depression and proceeded to give her three STDs, call her a ‘whore’ and degrade her, and use his fixers to intimidate her into keeping quiet,” said the family’s lawyer Michael Avenatti. “He then gave her illegal drugs, and now he has the audacity to claim HE is the victim? Did he think the three STDs, calling her a ‘whore,’ and illegal drugs would help her?” the attorney said. After Cathriona’s death, Jim said that suicidal thoughts “were born long before I met her.” “Sadly her tragic end was beyond anyone’s control,” Jim Carrey added. [Featured Image by AP Images]
