On top of getting to meet Obama, the No Doubt frontwoman and her kids took the opportunity to have a photo-op with luminaries such as the First Lady Michelle Obama, Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and his wife, Agnese Landini. Meanwhile, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani wedding rumors continue to go about their rounds on the internet. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the couple have recently gotten engaged. Better yet, the kids have given them their blessing and have even said that they are “ready for mom to marry Blake Shelton.” Even more interesting is the report that Stefani’s ex-husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, will have huge roles in the wedding ceremony. NBC also announced Tuesday that Gwen is set to return for the twelfth season of The Voice in the coming spring. As always, she will be joining Blake as co-hosts in the singing competition. “We can’t wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12,”Paul Telegdy, President of NBC Entertainment, said in a statement. “With Miley returning for season 13, we’re truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons,” he added. Gwen and Blake have been dating for nearly a year after working together as co-hosts on the reality singing talent show. Stefani has recently split with former husband Rossdale after 13 years of marriage. Just last week the former lovers put up their 15,500 sq ft Beverly Hills home for sale. The split was embroiled in much controversy, as sources claimed that Stefani called it quits after she caught Gavin cheating on her with their children’s 24-year-old nanny, Mindy Mann.
